Nottingham Symphony Orchestra has created this policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal information.

Use of Personal Information

The contact details you supply (name, address, telephone number and email address) will only be used to provide you with the information you have requested. If you become a Friend of NSO your details will be added to our Friends mailing list so we can keep you informed of future concerts, and will be retained for as long as you remain a Friend of NSO.

Disclosure of Information

Your personal details will only be used by Nottingham Symphony Orchestra, and we will NOT disclose this information to anyone else without first obtaining your permission.

Email Addresses

Nottingham Symphony Orchestra will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, nor knowingly pass your email address to any third party engaged in such activities. Furthermore we take every precaution to minimise the risk of computer viruses using stored email address lists to send unsolicited email.
